1969 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Camper van Additional Info:

This hippie van is awesome, frame and body are decent considering the age, has dings and dents on the body, has the common rust issues on the rockers, outriggers, and doglegs. Frame floors, and body about the the rockers is in decent condition.and paint peel (will need paint) as i believe thisvan is all original!! otherwise its solid. Van was a daily driven 4 years ago. It runs, drives, and stops. Van has a sink, ice box, TV, dining table,lots of storage, pop up camper, can sleep people in the canopy and cabin as the seat folds out into a bed, and the list goes on. Tires and suspension seem to be in good condition. I drive it around the neighborhood sometimes. It has a good sound system and many accessories. New spark plugs and wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter. Has 2 batteries, one is deep cycle for accessories. Great piece of automotive history! The van will need to be towed most likely, it runs and drives but i have only driven it a few blocks and don't think its a good idea to drive it long distances yet. it is a project. I have peeled off some more paint to assess condition of metal underneath. other than rust issues stated above, under the peeling areas it is only surface rust.RELISTED DUE TO WINNING BIDDER UNABLE TO AFFORD.
