VW Volkswagen Panel Bus Split Window 1959

1959 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Additional Info:

This is one of if not the most solid unrestored 1959 panel buses you will find out there! Its overall very solid! the pictures show it, The body has been touched up just to stop the rust not to restore it but only to preserve it,
There is some rot on the right and left front front floor however this does not require a new front floor pan, and there is rust under the doors but the floor is not effected anywhere in the cargo area.
There is no rot under this bus anywhere on the frame or cargo floor! There is some under the bottom inner part of the nose bottom. You would have to see this bus in person to appreciate how solid it is. It also has the thegrayparcel that separates the front from the rear area. It has a 40hp motor with 12 volt alternator that charges, and the motor runs good, it has all new brake hoses, wheelcylindersmaster the original drums are in great shape and never have been turned. All the lights need changing for 6 volt to 12 volt, theSpeedoGenbulb has been changed to 12 volt so it charges with the new alternator on it. All the tires rot.
Iseriouslythink this is a lowmileagebus as only a couple rips in the original seat and check out the wiring under the dash. The steering is good and tight as well as the shifter and all gears work well!
