1965 VW BEETLE
Beautifuly restored, Black Plate, California Classic VW Bug with upgraded 1600 engine Has been changed over from 6 Vol. to 12 Volt. system. Vin # 115263923. Great running VW! Starts right up, runs, drives, stops and looks great.

Engine has been rebuilt with about 900 miles. Runs really good!
Has a nice shifting Freeway Flyer Transmission, shifts great into all gears and reverse great! An absolute pleasure to drive.
Rebuilt Carb with newer distributor, cap and wires, ignition and coil.
Has nice dual exhaust giving the car a nice aggresive rumble, and steers straight with ease!
Has newer drum brakes that stop the car great. New Brake shoes, hardware hoses, drums, wheel cylinder and wheel bearings. (Fronts have been done and I have the rear pads that will come with the car.
Has Nice original wheels with new low profile 195/60R15 radial tires to retain that classic original appearance.
The pan is rust free and solid. Interior is in excellent condition, Reupholstered in white front and rear seats, Headliner, Visors, Door Panels and carpet all in excellent condition. Roof rail seals and glass seals all in good condition. All windows are in great condition and roll up and down as they should.
Older repaint in Sea Blue in good condition, Does show some very minor imperfections as it was painted about 3 years ago.
The car has a perfect stance to it and looks great! Has been lowered a little bit with torsion bar and new lower profile 195/60R15 radial tires.
Has a great sound system, MP3 Player with Amp and one 8" JL Audio Sub with two 6x9 Kenwood speakers in package tray.
Nicely detailed engine compartment and trunk .

From a driving standpoint, the VW starts right up and falls into a smooth idle. The car is easy to drive and is very reliable. It's great at highway speeds and nimble on the back roads.
