I bought this VW roller at the Sacramento Bug-In about 20 years ago with the intention of building a cool resto-mod.
Well, life kicks in, and we move from Reno to Illinois, and more life... Not gonna do it. Time to put it up and let someone else enjoy it.
The body is straight and solid, I do have the hood for it on the parts car. The pan is also solid and has a clear title.
It has the 8-spoke Empi style wheels, and an adjustable front beam.
The parts car is essentially complete with all the parts to finish the car, it has a single port that does turn over, but have not tried to start, even has key in the ignition switch!
I don't have a title to the parts car; if you don't want the parts car, you can pull what you want off of it, and leave the rest, I can get rid of it.
If you have any questions, feel free to call 815-714-4309.
Thanks for looking!

A few people have asked, and yes, it does include 2 cars.
I took a better look at the parts car yesterday, and it's actually in pretty good shape rust-wise. The floor pans are solid, the outer rockers on both sides are broken through, but they are there.
The usual rusty sections in front of the wheels are pretty decent, driver's side is solid, passenger has a little rust through right in front of the fender.
Overall, you could drive this car around while you get the other one prepped and painted for assembly.
I've been trying to add more pics but I'm having problems. I'll keep trying.
