1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Base Additional Info:
This is a very original and solid example. It sports a strong-running 1776 cc engine with electronic ignition and although very powerful it still is very economical due to its single-barrel pict 34 carburetor. It holds the road like a Porsche since I installed these mags. The interior has new carpets, door covers, and the bottom of the original seats have been re-upholstered. The car is entirely rust-free, and the paint on it is very good. It is very original throughout and I am the third owner of the car, which was garaged for most of its life which it spent mostly here in California. It is a prime example and will keep climbing in value as these German hand-assembled Porsche-like vehicles become more and more rare and sought-after...(The fender metal was bent and assembled by hand, I've been told that their level of workmanship at Karman exceeded the Porsche's!)Don't miss my video of it here
