Selling my beautiful 1966 VW Volkswagen . This bug was delivered to the port of LA on December 1965. this was was completely disassembled and stripped down to bear metal by Mike Johnson from Dutch Boy VW of Irwindale Ca. All original VW body panels and fenders. New floor pans installed and entire pan black powder coated. Two stage Bahama blue paint (the bugs original color from 1966) by Louie Medrano from New old Stock Cal custom. Triple chrome nerf bars. Front and rear suspensions rebuilt with new gas shocks, ew bushings, djustable front beam, ront disk brakes, riginal 1300 single port engine fully overhauled/ balanced and converted to 1641CC by legendary Ed Ecklers of Car Craft of Riverside Ca. Engine has new pistons high rev springs, eavy duty push rods and studs. Engle 110 hot street cam shaft, xtra capacity oil pan, osch pointless distributor, mpi baby dual carbs, mpi merged headers and mufflers, ompletely converted to a 12 volt system with new wiring harness, ulbs, uses, enerator, tarter. Rebuilt transmission with freeway flyer taller 4th gear. New clutch, nd pressure plate, urst trigger shifter, ll new upholstery. color matched steel parcel tray. Pop out rear windows, irkewld gauge, luster with moon eyes gauges, oon equipped tach pedals and steering wheel. Enkel moon speed master alloy wheels.
