1962 Triumph TR4 Restoration Poject - This TR4 was given to me by my past father in law 35+ years ago. It was in great running condition. My wife and I enjoyed it over approx. 8 years using it primarily for occasional weekend outings. I last parked it, still running, approximately 25 years ago, due to transmission issues (popping out of 2nd gear), with the hope that I'd restore it. It wasn't until approximately 2023 that I decided to start pulling it apart (interior, engine, transmission, etc.) with the plan to complete it in a couple of years. Life has gotten in the way and I am looking for someone who would be interested in completing this project.Here's what has been done:Full transmission rebuild/exchangeNew flywheel plus new clutch and all parts needed for refreshEngine refreshed (not rebuilt, as it was running fine)Engine paint, wiring harness, water pump, thermostat, points, plugs, wiring, etcCarbs: Dual webers were replaced with StrombergsNew/used radiator, fluids all changed, new belts, new tires/rimsMany other parts.Most of car is assembled. Really just need interior installed. Some interior parts are missing (carpet, door cards, transmission tunnel, rag top (frame is there)Seats are being recovered at this time. Seat belts are included.
