A customer of Speedwell, who collects significant European sports cars, purchased this car at auction some years ago. He has realized he has fewer years to live than projects to complete and asked that we sell the vehicle for him. To the best of his knowledge the car spent many years in middle/south Georgia. Other than that, though the car definitely holds an air of mystery, nothing more is known of where it has been or the stories it could tell.

This car retains all of it's TR2 specific features, including the 4-vent bonnet and internal bonnet latches. The side curtains are present though also in need of restoration. The measurement between the the windshield wipers is 14.5", also an early TR2 specific feature.
