1966 Triumph Spitfire Additional Info:

Incredibly solid and straight 1966 Spitfire Mk2. This is a really good car, they are hard to find in this shape these days and I'm sure I'll regret letting it go, but I just have too many projects.

Very rust free car, no rot through anywhere, mostly original paint too. Floors, trunk floor, rockers, even the battery box is all rock solid. Includes the original factory hardtop in great shape too. Very straight, no major dents or any accident damage at all. This is the most solid Spitfire I have ever run across, all original metal too.

The engine is a 1300cc out of a MKIV car, and it fires up immediately on starter fluid and a jump start, runs really well, no smoke or bad noises.

Very complete and solid early car with a running engine and uncommon factory hardtop, you'd be hard pressed to find a better project Spitfire anywhere. I don't think it would take much more than some basic tinkering and brake/clutch hydraulics to have it roadworthy again. Its located in Grass Valley, CA. I don't have a title for it but it is out of the CA DMV system and the VIN numbers are all there for a VIN verification. Happy to write a bill of sale.
