1973 Triumph TR-6 Additional Info:

This beautiful Wedgewood Blue TR6 has been professionally restored both mechanically and cosmetically. Power is from a 2.5-liter inline-six mated to a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive, and the car features a rare hardtop, a soft top, a roll bar, rear luggage rack and with a modern upgrade: a CD player with bluetooth and set of speakers. The car was painted in 2019. Service in 2019 included replacement of the front-end bushings, brake lines, and brake master cylinder as well as valve adjustment, a tune-up and carburetor rebuilds. In 2020, the wiring system was completely gone through and replaced and all gauges and electrical system works flawlessly including the overdrive which was re-wired. i have had a TR-6 without the overdrive in the past, and the overdrive makes a world of difference especially on modern highways. In addition, the wood dash and dash pad have been replaced with new ones. This was extensive work as it involved removing and reinstalling the windsheild. During the process, I removed all the gauges and cleaned the glass so they look brand new. I also changed all the bulbs. The interior was reupolstered a few years ago but still looks good. Frame is excellent and car has no rust issues. I recently had an oil change done and it passed NYS inspection recently. Turn the key and drive and enjoy.

I was planning on keeping this car forever, as it was always my dream to have a TR6 and I have made this one into an excellent driving and looking machine. Unfortunately, vision issues are forcing me to sell. I hope that whoever buys this car enjoys it as much as I have. I have listed for a reasonable price. Unlike other TRs being listed, you will not have to put any more money into this one for a while. I can also recommend a reasonable shipping company.
