I bought this Triumph TR6 from a gentleman in Florida who purchased it from a retired owner who made many improvements and updates over the last 35 years of ownership. There is a new correct vinyl top installed. The chrome is clean without pitting. Doors open smoothly, both windows roll up and down smoothly. The windshield is clean, the trim and seal are both in excellent condition. The tires have good tread on them, there is no curb rash on any of the wheels. I have an indoor car cover and extra parts.
Upgrades include: Street strip (cam), MDS ignition, and Rebuilt Distributor Point-Less on the Engine, Triple Weber Carbs, Steel Braided Fuel Line with Pressure Regulator, Steel Braided (Engine/Vales Oiler Line), Engine Oil Cooler with Steel Braided Lines & Oil Filter Adapter, Modified Oil Pan (6 qt), Electrical Fan for Radiator, Light-Weight Flywheel (12 lbs)., Performance Clutch & Disk. Aluminum Finned Valve Cover, 6 Tube Header, Modified Exhaust with Performance Low Flow Mufflers, Gel Pack Battery, Steel Braided-Clutch Line, Balanced Drive Line.
The Suspension has been updated with Solid Mount Rack & Pinion Steering, All Rubber Bushings and Neoprene Bushings (A-Arms, Stabilizer Bars Front and Back) and Floating Rear-End Bushings have been replaced. The Swing Arm Shocks in the rear have been replaced with new Shocks and Brackets. Front Shocks are Koni's. Drilled and Slotted front Rotors with Steel Braided Lines on all 4 Wheels. Wheels are very desirable Mini-Lites with Super Sticky Tires. Most recent upgrades include replaced the rear differential bearings upgraded the clutch, fitted the car with an upgraded aluminum radiator, fitted an oil cooler unit, replaced right rear wheel bearing, and installed a new alternator. Just spent 2700 having renowned U.K Motorsports of Richmond do a top to bottom check of all systems adjusting clutch and brakes, replace rear seal and gasket, etc. and change all fluids. Car needs nothing.
Car is located in our indoor facility 25 miles east of Nashville Tn.Independent inspections are welcomed and encouraged.
