I have two triumph Spitfire 1500 for sale. A 1979 (white) and a 1973 (british racing green)
The 1979 is an absolute gem. Runs and drives. Was garaged for the last ten years. Has new master cylinders, brake lines, battery, brake pads and 5 new tires. Rebuilt carburetor and has three rust spots that are minimal. The interior and seats will need some work but:-
The 1973,which I bought for the parts turned out to be a gem in its own right. Excellent engine, rebuilt interior, new brakes and lines, new tank etc. runs and drives and starts like champ. I have the title. Good body from skirt up but sills need replacing.
I am including all the rebuild kits, spare parts and tonouea covers that I have that I would value at $1000 dollars
Here is the deal I bought these with the intention of driving them but I came to realize, after driving both of them, that at 67 I’m too goddam old. Which is sad because back in the day I used to drive them all the time
Both are head turners but my ass is 6 inch above tarmac.
My price for the two and the spares is $6500 firm, I have people stopping. Like pickers, all the time. Can I buy them etc etc.
If you are not a flipper and want to keep these onto the road, give me a call.
