1958 Triumph Other A or B Additional Info:
I bought this car 3 years ago in hopes of hauling it with us as we travel. for various reasons that did not work. I replaced the fender beads, epaired the radiator and installed a new drain. I replaced all radiator hoses and replaced the fan bushings at the same time as well as new fan hub bolts. The ignition, runk and glove box are keyed the same. I had to make some repairs to the wiring for the head lights. I put on new tail lights and new interior door pulls.. Vin# TS46459l. Engine# is TS44153E. So the motor has been replaced. Car runs great and drives very nice. The paint is very nice with the usual road ware. The car may have been retired at some time but not in recent years. The paint is recent years. The left front fender has some thin crack in some repair done prior to the previous paint job. The convertible top works good and the top cover has a small repair. The side curtains will need repaired. The car came with a roll bar matching the paint. However the top was very hard to put up. the bar was not installed in the center. I removed it and placed aluminum plated over the holes used in the installation. The holes in the roll bar need to be over drilled to center it up. I did not get around to do it. It would not take much 5o uninstall it. There is a cover for the passenger compartment that snaps around the roll bar bars. Looks cool. The cover for the top, hen done, s good. The interior is good but needs to have new kick panelsThe tires and wheels are same as new. There is a spare tire. If you want a car to drive this is it. It is not a show car but it is very nice. Included is a box of misc. stuff that I got with the car. I will also include Bill Pigott's Original Triumph book. It is #204 of 300 Signed by the author.
I have made every effort to describe the car. I am glad to discuss the car with you by phone or in person. Let me know through Ebay.
Due to the side curtains condition it would not be advisable to ship on an open trailer.
