1986 Toyota 4 Runner 4X4 - Project Truck - ready for some TLC from experienced hands. Engine lags when accelerating and wants to cut it. Idles fine. I have owned since Sept 2013 and ran great until about a monthago - just don't possess the skill or time to work out the issue and wife said time is up on my "project" - have replaced fuel filter, distributor and rotor. Tough little truck with tight 4 wheel drive. A lot of fun to drive - top comes off easily, rear window power up and down works.
