1987 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-60

1987 Toyota Land Cruiser Additional Info:

So, for sale is our Land Cruiser. We bought it, worked on it, drove it, loved it and then......we had a baby. Our baby is now three and that is how long our Land Cruiser has been sitting in the drivewith no love!
We replaced the alternator and radiator ourselves and installed a nifty OH SNAP handle over the glove box. We replaced a few trim pieces like the Land Cruiser name plate with license tag lights. We had a Land Cruiser mechanic in NC rebuild the hubs and replace the carburetor. It has a Tabor wench mounted on the brush guard and a Safari snorkel too. There is an aftermarket radio installed by previous owner that includes a tangle of wires that go to who knows what. Previous owner also modified the front end to look like an FJ-62 with square head lamps and lamp boxes. No problems with the manual 4 speed transmission. A/C does not blow cold. The interior is in pretty good shape for an '87.
Included will be a few parts for upcoming projects, i.e., dash pad, dash cover, FJ-60 grill and light boxes, and a complete set of repair manuals from SOR. Body does have rust in the common Land Cruiser rust spots. Several places in the back look like they were welded by another owner. Plan to have her towed to your place, can't say what mood she will be in when you go to crank her up. This beauty was driven to work 4 days a week pre-baby.
