Selling my 1970 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser with NO RESERVE!
This is a running driving Land Cruiser with good engine & transmission. I have included videos of the truck starting & running showing oil pressure and accelerating down the street.
The engine starts easily with good oil pressure and sounds good. It has an upgraded holley carburetor and performance header and accelerates quickly & smoothly.
The 4-speed gearbox shifts well with a good clutch. Good brakes - the car drives & brakes straight without any pulling.
Has aftermarket Land Cruiser seats that are comfortable but have wear, especially the driver's seat, and are sun faded. Aftermarket gauges work well apart from the speedo - which does not work. Has had some updated wiring and new fuse box.
Frame is solid but has surface rust. The paint has some issues especially on the hood where theclear coat has blistered. There is a hole in the floor inside the rockers to the side of the pedals (shown in pictures). One back door has rust. We have tried to capture the extent of the body issues with the pictures.
