This truck is currently in good running condition, good driving condition, good shifting condition, & good stopping condition.
I’ve had 2 requests from Watchers to take some pictures of the Underside of the truck. I have uploaded them onto my auction. As my auction has stated from day one “Minimal Rust” as you can see from the underside pics the Rust is VERY Minimal. All the Frame mounts are SOLID on this truck. The Frame is SOLID, just has some surface Rust. As we all know, Toyotas from the 80’s aren’t known for their Rust prevention measures at the time of manufacture!!

The 1988 Toyota Pickup is a classic black truck with mileage of 170,098. The owner has had it for 4 years and uses it as a daily driver. This original vehicle runs smoothly and is a reliable mode of transportation for its owner.

The system has a slow freon leak

This truck has served me well over the past several years. It runs good & the brakes are good as well.
The seat is in very good condition. All the gauges work. Manual steering & windows. Lights all working. 4spd manual transmission shifts good. Tires all match and have about 90% tread. Aftermarket sunroof. Minimal rust.
Some cons:
•Windshield has a crack running horizontally across the bottom. It only impairs your view of the hood, not the road.
•Paint has lots of scratches and some small dents here and there. Black is the original exterior color.
There is a sizeable dent on the Left/rear of the roof.
•Sunroof drips when it rains and is difficult to get it to latch.
•Dash pad is cracked in numerous places(like all old Toyotas) however there is a Dash Cover so you don’t notice it.
•Horn not working
