Vehicle Details

This 1978 Toyota FJ40 was purchased in 2021 at Panama City Toyota to participate in the Copperstate Overland Rally. Billed as a fully-supported off-road adventure the Copperstate focuses on pre-1979 vehicles and scenic landscape. Two-time participant has rotated vehicles and time for a new owner to enjoy this FJ40!

Event preparation included installation of an Old Man Emu lift along with supporting suspension upgrades. A steering column mounted tach was added along with new BFGoodrich tires. Various maintenance services were completed to ready the vehicle for event use.

The FJ40 boasts an aluminum tub by Aqualu with recent repaint. It is equipped with working A/C and heat. Nice driver example ready for the next adventure.
