1991 Toyota Soarer Additional Info:

This car never came to the US as a Toyota but may look familiar (Lexus SC300). Thia ia a Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) Right-Hand Drive (RHD) model with a VIN of JZZ300005120.. eBay system cannot recognize the shorter JDM VINs.The clean flowing lines of the car age very well. Although the Lexus SC300 is a great car, it never got the 1JZ-GTE twin turbo inline 6 like the Soarer. And it is an engine that is very good right from the factory, and has almost unlimited potential from a tuner perspective. This is a comfortable car, and the dashboard is forward enough to allow for a roomy cabin and good visability. The car drives well and really truly comes into its own when to go pedal is depressed further.I'm selling because I don't use this car much at all; I have several vehicles and use them too little. But that opens the door for maybe you to enjoy and use it. RHD JDM vehicles are sought after, and this is a unique opportunity. Less that 43k miles on the car, the equivalent of a little over a hundred miles a MONTH. That's more like bicycle mileage that car mileage. The aftermarket Weds wheels and Bilstein shocks were on the vehicle when it arrived from Japan, the wheels are the VIP style that was common at the time. At the time I purchased the vehicle I had an aftermarket downpipe installed (still have the original) because it is supposedly the restriction point in the factory exhaust system. Aside from that, as far as I know the rest of the car is stock. The radio works but Japan uses different frequency ranges than the US, and I think the cassette player ate a tape a while ago and never gave it all back,,,BUT the engine sounds so nice who needs tunes 24/7 anyway. The car is being sold as is and in used condition, so please feel free to ask questions.Since this is a JDM vehicle the VIN is not 17 digits the VIN isJZZ300005120. Looks like the made about five thousand of these when this one rolled off the line. Again, a pretty rare and special car.Good luck and happy bidding BUT IF you do not have a minimum of ten (10) positive transactions, please do not bid.
