1st generation 1981 Toyota Hilux 4x4 For Sale. Runs, drives, and climbs. Sold in Roseville California when new. Stayed there until 2011. Now resides in Kentucky and has since then. I am the 3rd owner. The second owner had it a couple months in 2021 before I got it. Basically I'm second owner. 43 year old vehicle with original drivetrain. 22r 4 cyl 4 speed 4x4. Runs and drives down the road smooth. No wobbles or vibrations. 31" BF Goodrich all terrain tires. On factory steel Toyota wheels. Stock height.Rust in the cab floor under drivers gas pedal, bed floor and passenger side wheel tub have rust, and inner frame rail has rust next to the gas tank. Needs a welder. Rest of frame is solid. Worst is shown in last picture. I have replacement panel for bed flooring included. Had an amateur repaint a couple years ago. Definitely a head turner and conversation piece wherever you drive it. Still a stiff ride as well. Brakes and clutch are good. Lights and blinkers/ hazards work fine. Shifts good. 4x4 works great. Motor starts and runs fine. No power steering and no air conditioning. Heater and defrost work as well. Selling As-Is condition. No refunds!! If you can do the restoration work, this would be a great investment. These trucks are bringing a premium price when restored. Good KY title in my wife's name.
