You are looking at a 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ75. Toyota did not make a 4 dr pickup variant of their famed 70 series for the public until much later. Those are not available to import to the USA yet, due to the 25 year rule.
The only way to get one is as an imported former fire truck.
This one was a pump truck with low original miles (under 15,000) and well taken care of. I converted it to a flatbed with help from a local shop. If you prefer a custom overland build, I'd be happy to remove the flatbed to make your life a little easier.
The 3F gasoline engine is rugged and a torque monster off road.
You can easily daily drive this one from day 1 or continue on with your own ultimate overlander dream build.
