About this vehicleThis 1988 Toyota MR2 is an original with updates to the drivetrain. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives.Seller's NotesHonest survivor example of the rare US SPEC Supercharged (4AGZE) Mk1 MR2. I bought the car about 8 years ago and have enjoyed my time with it. Mileage is unknown, probably around 200,000. And the speedometer does not work.This car starts, runs and goes like stink! I’ve kept it dry, fixed 2 holes in the floor with welded in patches, seam sealed then painted. The rot was inside/out from leaking t-top gaskets, which have been replaced.I used the car at Autocross events 12x per year from 2012-2018. No DNF’s! Other than that it got used for fun weekend cruises, cars and coffee, and occasionally for errands to give it some exercise. I’d guess I’ve only added 1,000 miles a year, about 100 of them absolutely balls to the wall as fast as it would go
