1966 Toyota Land Cruiser STANDARD Additional Info:

We are selling this 1966 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40. This truck is completely original, and has original paint. I purchased this cruiser off of a farm in the central valley, in California. The body has four places that need rust repair, all easy fixes. It needs both rockers, and the rear floor/tub area, and has a small hole in the floor on the driver side. The tailgate will also need to be replaced. There is no other rust anywhere. The frame is nice, and all body cross members are rust free. There is no top for this cruiser, but it was a factory soft top. Mechanically it is in very good shape. The engine runs smooth, and has no blow by, smoke,or any leaks. It has the original 3 speed with the column shift, and the clutch works good, and it shifts smoothly also. There is no diff leaks and no noise. I put a new brake master cylinder on and I still need to adjust and bleed the brakes. The headlights, taillights,and turn signals all work. This truck comes with a clear Ca title, and is on a current non-op (no back fees). The tires are in decent shape and on the original wheels. This FJ40 would be the perfect for a restoration or just tinker and drive it. It is completely original as far as I can tell, and I would love to dive in and start working on it, but would never finish it, due to age and my other bucket list project.
