Hello-Here I am offering a real gem. These cars are becoming more desirable, and collectible as years go by. This example is a true survivor. Matching numbers, original paint, never restored, well maintained with receipts from day one.
This car was purchased off the showroom floor. It spent its whole life in Cincinnati. According to all the provenance that comes with the car, it was sparingly driven by the Mrs. and dealer serviced. I have a folder full of documentation including the window sticker, sales brochure etc.
Every time the previous owner filled the fuel tank, the gallons, price and mileage was recorded since Feb 1981 to Sept. 2014, in 2014 it was given to the lawn/pool care employee, and he kept it covered in his garage, and never did anything with it. I bought it from him, replaced all the fluids, water pump, accs. belts, and adjusted the valve lash. The 22r purrrs like a kitten. I also gave it a thorough cleaning. I fitted it with 1974 Triumph tr-6 wheels, center caps, and beauty rings. The original wheels will come with the car.
over-all the car is in spectacular condition, although it is not perfect, and these minor flaws should be expected with a survivor car. It has 3 or 4 parking lot door dings, has a very minor surface rust on the passenger side wheel well, and behind the passenger side rear mud flap. The upholstery in the back seat back rest is torn, and severely sun faded, as is the package tray.
The car features some nice options, as only the anniversary edition was equipped. Paint matched front, and rear bumpers. Power windows, automatic trans, air conditioning, power brakes, and steering, intermittent wipers, honeycomb GT grille, Supra Interior, cushioned black dash, aluminum faced 3 piece stereo system including a equalizer, leather wrapped steering wheel
This car runs, and drives smoothly, it will need shocks, and springs sometime soon - One very cool tid-bit, is the period correct red line Goodyear G800 tires.
