1966 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 Not FJ40 FJ45 FJ43 Additional Info:

1966 FJ45LV station wagon. Nice original rare Land Cruiser truck with amazingpatina. The trucksat for ~20yrs in N. Washington before I bought it ~4yrs ago. Iflushed thefuel system, rebuilt the carband installeda new OE fuel pump. Fresh fluids, new plugs and it runs and idles smooth. I swapped the front drum axle for a safer FJ40 disc axle and did the Geo Metro power brake booster/dual master cylinder upgrade at the same time. I drove it home from the local 4x4 shop that bled the brakes and did the front endalignment. It drove fine during those 2miles and I went thru all the gears. That 2mi drive was July 2017 and it hasn't been driven since. I'm selling it because I bought a FJ55 that is a daily driver andI just don't see myself taking the time and moneyto restore this rare LV as planned. Itsa solid LVtruck with arust freeroof andhealthy quarters. The only existing rust is primarily from sitting water and poor drainage, not fromcoastal salt weather. Theside cargo window was missing and probably let water into therear floorpanareas. Both rear seat floor corners are rusted(see pics)and thedrivers/passenger front pan areas are a little thin. The tailgate hinges are rusted and torn off thetailgate, probably from water being trapped inside the tailgate. I have never lowered the tailgate or raised the upper gate lid, its wired shut and in my opinionis probably theworst part of the entire truck.I do have a nice used LV tailgate with all emblems and hingesthat I will include in the sale. I also have 2 brand new repop tail lights and a NOS head liner for an LV.I was never able to locate an originalLV backseat, so that rare partis missing.I have the original 15wheels with vintage pizza cutters(dried out)and2original chrome acorn hubcaps in rough shape.Thetruck now has anice restored set of 16" split rims withmild mud tires that have 90% tread left.It has a new windshield and windshield gasket. I saved the original drum front axle and all the other brake parts I have removed,in casesomeone wants to do a complete period correct 1966 restoration and try tosell it for $175K like the 1965 FJ45LV that sold last year at the Ca. Mecum auction.
