1987 Toyota Other SR5 Additional Info:

Up for auction is this 1987 Toyota Extra Cab 4x4 SR5. Within the last month, the engine and transmission were both removed. engine disassembled completely, and every gasket and seal that could be replaced, was replaced. Everything was inspected and was found to be in great shape. the bearings were a little questionable, so new bearings were put in. A new timing chain cover as well as a valve adjustment. This 22RE runs real smooth. doesn't use or leak a single drop of oil.... This 5 speed manual shifted good but something was not right. while the clutch itself looked great, the throw out bearing did not, so a new throw out and a new shift bushing and now its smooth as silk. Also has Detroit lockers in rear differential... So while that was going on, what little rust there was in the bed was removed and replaced with fiberglass. (put your magnet on any of it. not much fiberglass) new paint after that. Interior is nice. A little wear on driver seat, but not through wear. New carpet, new speakers, that sound great. Everything works just like it is suppose to. All lights inside and out. All gauges work. Original wheels are refurbished, Tires are 85% toyos. 4 new shocks. Runs,Drives and brakes real nice... Body is not perfectly straight, but pretty close. Interior is not perfect, but pretty close. I re-coated the bed with bed liner. it looks good. New wipers. This is a sweet little truck that will give you no issues for a long time.
I ended original listing because i messed up the VIN..and the only way to correct it was to start over.
