I have for sale my weekend warrior - 1980 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 with custom off road package and full roll bar. Body is in great condition and was professionally repainted Metallic Midnight Black(Dupont) combining with a stellar looking black interior. Toyota Land Cruiser Inline 6 2F Engine (rebuilt 5 years ago-21K miles), manual transmission shifts great through all gears including reverse. Runs like a top, and always garage kept.
Maintenance and upgrades:New Toyota OEM windshield and gasket, old one was fine just a little hazy. 4WD works great and will take on any obstacle out there! Bikini top comes with sale but I do have a FULLhard top, ambulance doors, and pass/driver side hard doors that I purchased from another Cruiser enthusiast in Dallas, TX (matching metallicblackfinish) so its possible we can arrange a deal if desired but this is totally optional to you. This cruiser has a 6 inch lift, tow package w/ harness, custom off road beadlock rims and 38.5" offroad spec. tires. If you decide to go with a smaller tire, this would be perfectly fine since it set on 15" rims. Newer battery (3 year warranty), new clutch master cylinder and starter, replaced clustergauge on 10/20/17. Synthetic blend oil change/filter and performance air filter completed on 3/20/18. Full length light bar, collectible vintage cb radio, and lockable storage box. Upgraded to disk brakes front and rear with pads 80% remaining, FJ stops on a dime. Front and rear independent brake lock out feature added 3 years ago and works perfectly. Hydraulic steering and stabilizercombo works great and turns with ease! To support the mostrigorous off-roadcapabilities, installed Dana heavy duty drive shafts and axles. Custombushwacker brush guard, bumper, and rock sliders. Also, Heavy duty winch, perfect for trails pulling your friends out and works great! My wife wants the garage space back for her car reason for the sale. Otherwise I would be keeping it to pass along down to my family. This FJ can be driven on and off-road although upgrades (bells and whistles) are tailored for the off-road enthusiast.
