1984 staright axle partially restored

1984 Toyota 4Runner Additional Info:

This 4Runner has sold in Palmdale California in 1984. It has been a Southern California car all of its life so there is zero rust. I purchased it from a dealer a few years ago. It was a trade in in 2009. It had a new long block engine installed but all of the smo, ower steering and exhaust was removed. I took the 4Runner and painted it, ut all of the accessories back on the engine including smog pump. It has a complete new exhaust system including catalytic converter. I put 17x8 late model Tacoma rims with 33x12.50x17 M/T tires on it. It has a 4" lift with leaf springs and a straight axle. The 1984 and 1985 4Runners are the only ones with this type of suspension and axle. It has manual locking hubs with front disk brakes. After paint I had factory OEM graphics put back on it. The engine only has about 500 miles on it since the long block was installed. The stereo doesn't work and it needs a headliner. I put later model Toyota front seats in, ut I have the factory front seats. The interior is in okay condition and the dash is great beside a couple of cracks on the top. Its a real head turner and runs great.
