1990 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Additional Info:

I have up for auction a very nice example of a generation 2 Toyota 4runner Sr5 4x4.
The truck has 161,000 original milesThe truck has been a southern truck and well serviced by the other previous owners
The truck runs extremely well for a 3rvz.It runs clean with no smoke and no check engine lights.It passed emissions with flying colors and Chattanooga has fairly tough standardsIt has had all three major recalls taken care of by certified Toyota dealerships.
That means that the head gasket has been replaced already with a stronger than stock unit.So you will not have to worry about that.
The inside is in good condition. The only major flaw would be the cracks in the dash.The seats and carpet all still look nice.
Mechanically the truck will need these things that I am aware of to make it 100%
-power steering pump has a leak
- the rear passenger window on the drivers side has slipped off the regulator. The motor and electronics to the window work fine.Just put it back in the track
- There is a dent in the right front and on the hood.They are shown in photos
The engine runs smooth. It has no hiccups or misses.
Rear window and A/C work great
4wd engages and operates perfectly
Previous owner used toyota oem fluids
New toyota made in Japan oem brake pads installed
All grease points have been filled
Paint is nice besides the places that have small damagebut has some fading on the roof
Factory roof rack
Transmission shifts flawlessly
16" tacoma steel wheels painted flat black
goodyear tires with some wear and tread damage but still very usable
I would not hesitate to drive this 4runner across country.
I have removed the factory running boards as seen in some of the photos but they will be included with the vehicle including hardware.
