Hi, I am selling my 1979 Toyota Corolla Wagon.It has been my daily drive for the past year and a half. It NEVER left me walking. (I bought it with 90k miles and drove it for 28k miles in just over one year!).The reason why I am selling it, is because today (this Sunday) I decided to wash the engine bay, and it only cranks, but it doesn't wanna start. I don't have time for this anymore.I have several cars and I need to make some space on my driveway...
It has a lot of new parts:Brand new Clutch, 4 new shocks, new front brake hoses, brake pads, front bearings and seals, all the U-joints in the drive shaft have been replaced, new cap, rotor, wires, plugs, pitman arm, fluids,etc..The transmission is a T50 5 speed and shifts GREAT! The engine is a 2TC 1.6 and pulls very strong.It has the stock carburetor, which I highly recommend to upgrade it for a Weber. I will include many other new parts that still sealed in the box.
This wagon has been a warrior, it started under snow or hot summer days without issues.
I honestly don't have time or patience to be working on old cars anymore, and today I decided to sell it.
The body: It has a few rust spots mainly on the front (driver and pass.) floor and on the side of the fenders. The tailgate has a broken hinge and it doesn't close all the way.
