1993 Toyota Camry Additional Info:
Solid car, bad transmission. The story: I bought it when it was not running right; it was driveable and seemed to shift pretty well, so I bought a computer and spark plugs and that fixed that. Two days and 200 miles later, the transmission quit (March). I do some mechanical work, but this was beyond my scope. The car has 4 Michelins with lots of tread (they are a couple of years old), the interior had no tears, but the usual discoloration of a 20+ year old car. It drove straight and smoothly, suspension and steering felt fine, but with some rattling. AC does not work. NO RUST! Central Texas car, a few little dings (two on the roof - I figure something fell on it), and a crease on the right rear quarter. Engine has perfect compression and plugs were super clean as was the antifreeze and oil. It was pretty well cared for. I even have new door handles for it.
I am starting bidding at $600 due to its rarity and the fact that I put a $200 computer in it. Excellent car for the guy who can fix it. Clear title.
