1990 with fuel injection four wheel drive with high and low and lockouts and has 5speed manual only 4300 miles on new engine.
I Have owned it nearly 5 yr. Previous owner said he only used it at his camp. Prior to him was his secretary who,as far as I know was first owner.i can't confirm that.Previous replaced short block, flywheel, pump, fuel pump assembly, fuel pump,Pads and rotors, new muffler and tail pipe, soft top, seat covers. I have all the receipts.
I replaced front bearings and races, shocks, steering linkage drag link tie rod assembly, replaced nearly every ignition component, only to find out was Ecm which i had rebuilt.
I have both sets of rims that came stock on samurai. 5 of each with tires mounted.
Its not perfect by any means. Rusty rocker panels, but i have new ones. I have a new starter that goes with it, because ignition switch will not engage engine every now and the, thinking was starter, but reading online looks like all is needed is to clean up the contacts, there are videos available on youtube.
Always garage stored. It can handle high way speeds but is terrifying lol. They are not known to be the most luxurious of a ride. Loud and rough but low gear in 4x4 will take you on any cow trail or logging road you choose.
