here for sale I have my 1991 Suzuki Carry Every with 56k miles (91k Kms). I have my eyes on another car and i just don’t have the room to store any more. I am in no rush to sell. The van was imported last year, and I was the first owner after arriving on the shores. The van was imported legally under the 25 year law. I have all paperwork and clean title and the vehicle is registered and Insured. The car has a 660cc F6a 3 cylinder motor. These motors are known to last forever with a lot of parts support. The Car came with the Original radio, original scissor jack, wheel removal tool, and the suzuki extra tools compartment which includes straps for tie-down cargo. The car also came with its original rear mount bar that can be detached and attached. It lays on the floor behind the seats. The rear seats fold all the way down and tuck away with a button making the back extra long. It has both side sliding doors where the windows roll all the way down.
I always wanted a Keicar ever since going to Japan and seeing so many of them, so I bought this vehicle with intentions of practicality. Most of the Keicars you see in the states are pickups. I wanted the van version to be able to fit people in the back and for storage. I can fit 5 people comfortably. This high roof model has a lot of overhead space. i can nearly lift my arms in it. This model is EFI unlike most models which are carburetor. I wanted reliability and efficiency. Get in turn the key and go. Didn’t have the patience to tune a carb. This model is rear engine, RWD with Heat & AC, radio, rear defogger, rear wiper, electronic rear hatch release and other misc. features not many Keicars came with. I was looking for comfort features so it would be good for daily driving. I only fill up once or twice a month, $18 to fill up the tank. Being that i drive the car on a daily basis, i was never hard on the car, never abused it. (pictures speak for themselves) Always took care of it and recently did the maintenance. Last maintenance before I did anything was in Japan in 2017. I just did Spark plugs, wires, Thermostat, Starter, filter.
The van was recently resprayed its original color, with a silver two tone and 12” Mooneyes “Baby Moon Disk” wheels were added. I also made a small duckbill spoiler in FRP that sits on the rear hatch. The van originally came with no wing, i think the wing added a sleekness. As much as it was a daily driver, i still attended many car shows with this and this thing gets so much attention. The car was used on the highway many times. With a max speed of about 65mph, i would just cruise on the right lane. I have nothing to hide about the car. Come with your mechanic to check it out. Look it over. No rust under the car whatsoever. Completely solid.
Car Flaws:
-Speedometer recently stopped working 2 weeks ago. All other gauges work. Speedo Cable fell off. (might have it fixed before sale)
-Rear sliding doors are not smooth opening. Takes some pull. (needs door rollers)
