1988 Suzuki Samurai Additional Info:
1988 Suzuki Samurai with many Original Pieces. I purchased "Diego" in California while on vacation visiting family and towed it to Texas where I was stationed. I removed the differential for the 800 mile drive and replaced it when I arrived. I restored it to its current condition. It has new tires, New LED Driving lights so you can be seen, New Alternator, New Bosch Platinum Spark Plugs, New Super Dupper Coil, New Wheel silver rings, All 5 wheels have been painted, Tow bar painted, Fresh fluids except the antifreeze I did not replace that(being honest). It has some rust spots on the inside of the rear door and I will post more pics later today. Has a Sony am/fm with the old school cd changer under the drivers seat but I unplugged it. Speedometer is off by 10 mph(Tested it using GPS) Has OEM rear speaker panels with New JVC speaker but the front are still Original. The A/C works and so does the heater but it does need a new bottle of freon. Horn is not currently working, Pictures show condition of Seats, Picture of under carriage shows current condition I could pressure wash it and show you something that is not but Honesty is the best policy. OEM sunroof has a small leak that allows water to come in but has not caused any rust or damage. All OEM seats and the rear one folds like it should. Runs like a top with 70k miles many of them from being pulled by an RV so I was told by the previous owner. Has a new muffler with the OEM exhaust pipe. Registration and Title from Texas under my name but registration expired last year. Has a Texas Classic Auto Plate and does NOT does NOT have a catalytic converter because in Texas it does not need it so please check out your states law on that. Car currently in SoCal and will show it as long as you contact me prior to the ending of the auction. Diego can handle 65MPH and will do fine but we all know these are not Highway vehicles. Comes with the stock UNMODIFIED 1.3L Engine, all hoses and original bits are there. Front tow bar can be easily removed if you'd like to, remove two bolts and it comes off. Rear has the OEM hitch and ball, also has the tow female 4 pin flat plug to tow. I've tested the 4 wheel on it and is flawless and never ever used it again. Has never been 4wheeling While I've owned it. The paint does need some work because it has a few spots where the color kinda fades away. Overall if you want a well treated ORIGINAL Tin Top this is the one for you. Buyer pays all transportation fees. I can hold it here for a few weeks but you need to contact me prior to the end of the auction.
Comes with some extra parts, two doors and a rear door...NOT the tin top kind but the soft top. Also some small bits and pieces.
