1994 Subaru SVX Additional Info:

Comments about the car:This is a good rust free body. It doesn't have a sunroof so you don't have to worry about that going bad. If I lived up north and I was looking to build a good SVX I would consider starting with this car before spending a lot of money on parts to bolt to a body that has rust and years of salt exposure. The interior is actually very nice for a 92 SVX with the exception of the driver's seat. The grey Escaine is one of the nicer SVX interiors as is the pearl white body color. If you're looking to build a nice SVX this is the car to start with.
Location of the SVX: Miami

Year: 92
Model:ls
VIN:jf1cx3436nh102738

Interior Color:grey escaine
AWD or FWD:AWD
Modifications: Akebono ceramic brake pads on Galvanized drilled and slotted rotors
Major service: The whole heater core/evaporator/sensors AC unit that goes under the dash was replaced with a new 94+ style unit from the dealership so you shouldn't have to worry about any leaks springing in the car
Engine Condition:no engine
Maintenance Records:no
Transmission condition:no transmission
Glass condition:good
Type of tire and remaining tread:stock size bf Goodrich comp ta's with some uneven wear on front tires
Type of wheels:stock
Interior condition:Overall better than average but there's a hole in the driver's seat
Body condition:roof is faded, class glass fiberglass hood is black gel coat which is also faded, rear spoiler has chips/pealing (pictured), scuff on rear passenger side skirt (pictured), small dent/paint chip at bottom corner of driver's door handle where someone tried to break into car with a screw driver (pictured). This car had been in a small fender bender before I purchased it with damage limited to the front, center of the hood and upper radiator support immediately below the hood. The radiator support was replaced with a new genuine Subaru radiator support and the hood was replaced with a class glass fiberglass hood. The body is really quite good. This is a nice rust free Florida car so while it could use a nice paint job it is much better off than 99% of SVXs.
Known defects or problems: no engine, transmission, exhaust, radiator, grille, ECU, or TCU--driver's headlight needs to be replaced. Other lights are in trunk.
