A rare automobile built on December 14, 1941. one of 83 built before Studebaker went out of production to produce trucks for WWII. This model is said to have the first one piece windshield and rear widows.- Frame off restoration, with many subtle modifications to frame and body, in early 90's.- Engine is '58 392 Chrysler 392 with many modifications.- Frame is original with 90's Corvette suspension all around.- Too many modifications to list here but can provide separate list to interested parties.- Can document over $140,000 spent on this build. Car has not been driven for two years and will need full tune up, new fluids, etc.- Owner is 86 years old and desires to sell "as is" for reasonable price, as listed.
