Vehicle Details

1947 Studebaker Land Cruiser. just purchased from the original family last winter. Car was stored in the garage for 24 years! Work completed, clean fuel tank, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, carburetor, new battery, new coolant, removed original factory, installed seat covers, new tires, complete tuneup, etc. Car runs and drives well. Starts easily, still 6 volt. The car also  has overdrive and cruises at 60 mph. after many hours of cleaning and buffing, the car is very presentable. The land cruiser was the flagship of Studebaker after the war. It is approximately 9 inches longer than the standard sedan with suicide rear doors. Dented ahead of passenger door from opening the door to far. Undercarriage of the car is very clean, minimal rust behind passenger doors at bottom of fender. Radio does make noise probably needs antenna Call with any questions. Nice, driver quality! work still to do…..bleed brake system again, replace turn signal flasher, and horn relay. car was just at a huge car show with 9800 cars and it was the only 1947 Land Cruiser registered  I know of.  Be different!  It’s a fun car.  Amazing rear window!!!!  Cash or money transfer only, no checks, thanks
