New and tuned vehicle never been DMV registered. The final car part, the wood steering wheel, was just installed on Aug 28th, 2016. Vehicle can be registered, likely as a "home build automobile" in whichever desired state (here in NYS the car is able to be registered - weight certification, safety check, and some DMV forms, but not difficult. Car was made super thorough and has all safety features a car of its type needs. But the car is simply GORGEOUS!! Currently still in Miami just being finished.
