One of Most Winning West Coast FFR Cobras in final stages of re-assembly.

This is a very special replica of the 1966 Competition 427 Shelby Competition Cobra.

It is special for many reasons. First, this is not a kit car made for weekend drives around town. This is a purpose built competition race car built to survive the grueling all out racing conditions tap after lap competing on the track. Second, this particular Challenge Cobra Race car won competing at the historic Sebring Race track 9 times! Third, she recently has undergone a reinvention from track Cobra to Street Cobra. And Forth, she has be carefully been disassembled, the body removed and professionally prepped and repainted to replicate the winning race Cobras of the 1966.

She is a final assembly state. The Repaint to factory spec colors and strips of the famous 1966 427, at a cost of over $10,000 dollars and 3 months of getting it perfect. Today the body has been gently remounted. Now she is ready for final assembly. Decisions to be made.., Do you go with a full windscreen or the competition short rounded version, you have both. Racing seat has been replaced with original style buckets (racing seat included), original period corract steering wheel comes with and much much more....

All parts to complete her come with the project, plus a Build CD and a 1' Thick Factory Assembly Guide. In addition, she is mechanically excellent & ready to drive. here are her specifications...
