If you do bid and win, you are bidding ONLY ON the Eduardian gray SPG pictured here, you DO NOT GET THE SECOND 1987 SAAB 9800 TURBO PICTURED IN THE AD. IF YOU CALL M, I would make a deal on both cars! My intention was to use the beautiful red velour interior from the 1987 in the 1988 SPG and have something very special! The red interior looks perfect, door card, everything... 1987 900 Turbo here starts, runs and drives but has a little rust and needs a brake booster servo.
SO THE 1988 TURBO SPG here - Eduardian Grey paint is original, Buffalo Grey leather original. Interior is dry and shrunk, some cracks on dash, has a dash cover to hide cracks. Has a wood dash overlay from a later 900 COMMEMERATIVE EDITION CE vehicle. Engine is ready to be pulled, many things have been disconnected (and are included). ---- Car is sold with a brand new steering rack. Has all of its turbo intercooler pipes and coolant hoses.
GREY SPG has ZERO RUST, ANYWHERE. Great restoration potential candidate! Fix it up for yourself and have a grea, rar, fun zippy car. 1988 considered one of the best years of all with no airbag/ SRS to deal with. Interior is dry, but I was going to use the interior from my 1987 Turbo (pictured here, and if you call me at 912.414899, we could discuss working out a deal for both cars) 900 in the SPG.
Great project potential here, but this is NOT A DRIVING CAR.
