1994 Saab 900 Convertible Commemorative Edition Additional Info:

Daily driver that has been very reliable. This is the 12th Saab that I have owned over the years and my son is a Saab mechanic. Turbo engine runs strong and pulls hard. The top, seats, and original paint are all showing their 22 year old age. Original paint is faded and original seat leather is torn. Transmission rebuild done 20,000 miles ago. Manual shifting works well other than needing to rev match into 3rd gear to avoid grinding. If you pause in neutral very briefly before proceeding to 3rd gear it is not an issue. Top works automatically up and down, but tears in roof mean it needs to be parked out of the weather to avoid water leaks. Front left fog light is broken. A pebble crack is visible on the windshield. A/C blows, but is not cold. It has a slow leak, but no sense recharging at this time of year. All 4 automatic windows work. Relatively new radio with cd player and new speakers. Just purchased a 2002 93 convertible, so it's time to sell this one. Reserve the right to end auction early as the car is also listed locally.
