Beautiful 1968 Porsche 912 Coupe, NO RUST, NO CANCER, Numbers match per COA from Porsche, original engine, transmission numbers match chassis number on Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche. Low mileage, showing 29K miles, believed to be original after talking with long time owner who purchased car in early 1980's and just recently sold it. Previous owner said that car mostly sat in the garage and that he would get it out when the weather was nice. Original interior and seats and carpet. New headliner because previous one had yellowed, with new seals on windshield and rear window and side windows and doors. New chrome wheels with new hubcaps, new Vredestein Classic tires, beautiful dash, NO CRACKS in dash! All gauges work, gas gauge, tachometer, turn signals, speedometer, odometer, headlights, wipers, horn, dimmer, high beam, etc. Even the radio and clock work! Pans are excellent with no holes, no rust, front spare tire area is excellent as well. We have had this car on the lift and it is excellent underneath. We see no evidence of rust or cancer at all. We have over 125 photos. Please take a look at all the photos and you can see for yourself. Car drives beautifully and straight and takes the gas! All 4 forward gears of transmission are excellent as well as reverse. Recent engine removal while in our possession with new seals and gaskets and cosmetic on engine. Newly cad plated hardware such as fuel line, dip stick, engine tin screws, carb linkage, coil and oil filter brackets, as well as new air heater tubes and hose clamps. Compression check was done and each cylinder was in the 165 psi range. Brakes are excellent and stop the car on a dime. Paint is superb, and shines brilliantly. The anodizing on the window molding and window frames is excellent and provides a wonderful contrast to the black paint. Original color was Ossi Blue. Talking with the previous owner he said that he purchased the car as black in early 1980s. This paint has held up beautifully and we encourage you to come and see the car in person.
