This car needs a complete restoration.  I parked this about 15 years ago (in good running condition) and it sat.  Needless to say, it's in dire need of paint and interior work at a minimum.  Since it has not run in over 15 years, you are going to have to look into the engine as well (but it does turn over).  The reason I parked it was due to the speedometer failing, which I never go around to fixing either.  Sad to say that it was in great condition....15 year ago.
