Highlights
Introduced in the fall of 1963, the Porsche 901 (later renamed to 911 due to a copyright issue with Peugeot) was a larger, more powerful, and much more mature product than the preceding 356. At the time, it was scarcely conceivable how much effect the car was to have on Porsche and the automotive industry as a whole. Instead, it was viewed as a well-wrought sports car that could easily be used daily, with a joyous driving experience lauded to this day.
The very first variations of the 911 were produced between August 1964 to July 1967. Base model cars received a 2.0L Flat-6 producing 130hp and a Type 901 five-speed manual transmission - a slightly more powerful 911 S was released in late 1966. This allowed for a 0-60 of around 8.3 seconds and a top speed of 130 mph. Luxury was of less concern than driving quality, but the cars could be equipped with a gas-fired heater, radio, and other items should buyers wish to spec their cars in a more grand touring style. While later models added power, comfort, and around-town drivability, critics and enthusiasts alike praise the 1965-1967 911s for their magnificent steering feel and "pure" dynamics.
The stunning 1966 Porsche 911 Coupe, finished in Bahama Yellow over Black leatherette, was completed in Stuttgart, Germany on April 28, 1966 and delivered new to its first owner in Milano, Italy. This short-wheelbase 911 is largely original and presents as a well-cared-for example. This motorcar includes is numbers matching drivetrain and a fairly rare and quite attractive original color combination, making this a fantastic example to add to your collection. We are proud to offer this investment-grade 911 to the most demanding collector, investor, or enthusiast who appreciates the condition of this sensational classic!

We know that classic car financing can pose a unique challenge. Although a vintage or exotic car can be an excellent investment, some financial institutions attempt to apply standard “used car” rules for financing a classic car, which in many cases can make loan approval difficult.
We work closely with many banking institutions that understand and recognize the collector value of classic cars and view them as an investment, which allows us to help you get the financing you need so that you can have the car you have dreamed of.
