I bought this 964 a few years ago for my collection as coming up the last "air cooled" Porsches. I am getting older. This is a Tiptronic Cabriolet. I bought Tiptronic so my wife can drive it and since all the chat rooms say Tiptronic is bullet proof. I recently spent $5400 at Black Forest in San Diego to end oil leaks (classic for this 964, 3.6L) from timing chain cover, power steering, and cam feeds and along with dropping the engine they replaced the V-belts and motor mounts. Additionally I recently spent $3200 at a Porsche Specialist to change oil, flush brake fluid, pack axles, etc. Receipts are attached for extensive work.. So recently spent in 2021 $8600. I also replaced the computer control unit for the spoiler and the seat wiring harnesses to fix that annoyance. The AC was converted to environmentally friendly coolant . I don't use the AC but last time it was just gassed it worked. Buy another and face those problems above and that expense already done in this car all resolved here. I also won the San Diego PCA Concours in my class last fall so the judges did not find much wrong. I can send score sheets with an email. I am reducing my collection as I am getting old. This car has won in competition and is stunning in its red color with minimal chips per the Concours judging. This is a great and beautiful car at a fair price given the recent work into it and its condition. It breaks my heart to sell it. This weekend I put in a new battery and charged the AC.
