1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Turbo Additional Info:

Details
This 1986 Porsche 930 Turbo is powered by a 3.3L turbocharged flat-six engine that sends power through a four-speed manual transmission to the rear wheels. This unmodified example left the factory in Gaurds Red paint and black leather interior. The car was equipped with Fuchs wheels, front and rear stabilizer bars, and a limited-slip differential. The German sports car came complete with AC, a sunroof, a windshield antenna, and electronically adjustable seats. This turbo edition has the correct Porsche stamped front and rear spoilers. The vehicle comes with a clean Carfax and receipts of recent service in the last two years. The cars odometer shows 71,989 miles.
The third-party photos and inspection of the car represent a vehicle condition consistent with its age and mileage. With just 71,989 miles, the car still appears fresh. Photos do show road wear on the lower front of the vehicle and in the engine compartment as well as minor wear on the interior that would be expected with the age of the upholstery. Service records show recent work done to the brakes, replacement of oil lines, and oil pressure sender switch, along with new heater hoses. A more detailed list of services and flaws is listed below. Mechanically the inspection report shows that the car works as designed by the factory. Included in the sale are the owners manual, tool kit, original Blaupunkt stereo, a Porsche tire pressure gauge, two sets of keys, and the original window sticker.
This Porsche 930 is being sold through a Pro and is located in Greensburg, PA.
About the model
The Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 Coupe is the result of the first and most significant change to the 930. Starting in model year 1978, Porsche enlarged the engine bore by 2 mm (0.08 in) for a total displacement of 3,299 cc (3.3 L; 201.3 cu in) and added an air-to-air intercooler. Power is driven to the rear via a 4-speed manual transmission through 1988, and with a 5-speed manual (Getrag G50) for the final year of production in 1989. Total production of the Turbo 3.3 Coupe, for all markets, was 15,836. Although available in a coupe body style, the 930 Slantnose version is treated separately. A Cabriolet and Targa variant were introduced in 1987. The 930 Turbo Coupe was replaced by the 964 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 for model year 1990.
