Up for auction is a gorgeous 356 speedster replica.
This car has had lots of recent cosmetic and mechanical work, and looks great! Lots of little period correct details give this speedster an authentic look!
The motor is a high performance 1835cc with dual Dellorto carbs and runs great! It has alot of power and sounds awesome.
The car was built on a late model beetle chassis. It has IRS rear suspension, and a balljoint front end with disc brakes. Super solid underneath.
The interior on the car was just completely refinished. All new German square weave carpet. The seats, door panels, shift boot, e brake boot, and dash were refinished in a camel colored leatherette. A new ivory banjo steering wheel was installed with a St. Christopher crest horn button. The dash switches and shift knob are ivory to match. An 50s beetle shifter was installed to complete the look.
A set of smoothie wheels were painted to match, and a new set of Firestone wide whites were installed.
The car has a new stayfast canvas boot. It also has a cockpit cover, and a full convertible top.
The paint was refinished in Porsche Guards Red 2015.
The car runs, rides, and drives great! It is a blast to cruise in and gets tons of looks.
This car has a PA state assigned and installed VIN tag. Which makes it easy to register and license in any state. It has a clean and clear title. Ready to transfer.
