I am parting with my wonderful 912. It comes with all records from 1975 forward when the car was first imported to the USA from Europe. It was imported to Southern California and stayed with its original buyer until approximately 2008.A family friend purchased it at that time and it resided in Connecticut where I purchased the car in 2010. I am technically the 3rd owner in the USA. According to the first US owner it was alleged that formula one legend Clay Reggazoni owned this car…I am unable to confirm this however there is a special Lauf AMAG plate in the engine bay that all Swiss cars sold have and through this number one might be able to trace it’s history prior to residing in the USA . I was only just made aware of this by an Italian Porsche enthusiast.
Car was repainted once in 1989 and some touch up was done under my ownership.
In addition the legendary shop Andial in Southern California rebuilt the engine and transmission and there is numerous documentation of all other service they did as most mechanical work was undertaken by them in the 1970’s-1990’s. It has a 5-speed transmission
Odometer reads 94315 Kilometers, but I assume it has turned over since the car is 51 years old.
The car has always been garaged and driven only in good weather by myself and previous owner. Retains all its original glass
There is a Porsche COA, and this is a numbers matching car, engine and transmission.

In the best European tradition this very original car has been “conserved”, and recently I was informed thatthe trim on this car is the “appearance group” which was available in European models. It is a very honest example of a well cared for and enjoyed 912 and handles lovely.
The car comes with its original black engine grill as well as installed steel grill. In addition clock works fine and the radio is a period correct Becker, car comes with original 912 tool kit and owners manual.
As stated all records come with the car….showing in detail work done over the past years to the car, and who did the work. This is very rare for 912’s and this car has been enjoyed and kept up over the years.
Please note this is a 51 year old car and is sold as is -where is.
