1974 Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7L

1974 Porsche 911 US Carrera Additional Info:

This unrestored, very original, well documented, 4 owner, numbers matching example was sold in September of 1974 by Novak Porsche Audi in Omaha Nebraska.Although it was driven only 13,563 miles from November of 1978 to June of 2014, it was well cared for and regularly serviced by the previous (3rd) owner, a long time PCA member.
Having been fully sorted mechanically by a local independent Porsche shop, and confirmation of 75+% original paint at Tim Morinos' Vintage Autocraft in 2015 (where it also received an extensive "preservation" detailing), the car was accepted and placed 4th in it's Preservation Group at the 2015 PCA Parade Concourse in French Lick.
The Carrera shows and drives exceptionally well as is, and is ready for long distance touring. It leaks a bit of oil, AC needs a charge, shows cosmetic wear expected with the 65,413 miles driven, and, as such, could benefit from tending to judge's suggested, repairs/procedures and tips for a (newbie) entrant with an eye towards improving it's class rank... ("Yes, the period correct CB radio is very cool, but did it leave the factory with it?" And, yes the cooling fan would be better without the Cosmoline!)
