1980 911SC Coupe GARAGE-FIND, Silver metalli, 71k miles

This is a 1980 Porsche 911SC coupe Garage-find with only 71k original miles! This car is all original in almost every way down to the original radio. Optioned in rare Silver metallic, which you don't see often. Most SCs were red, white, black, redwine metallic, beige, etc. The car has been sitting in a garage since 2004 and has not run since. I have not attempted to get it running in any way. This would be a fun project to flush all fluids and hopefully get it running, I just don't have the time. The body of the car is very nice with no dents except two small dings on the hood. The car seems to be mostly original paint and presents quite good for it's age, but there are little scratches and checking throughout upon close inspection(patina!). To make it show quality, it would need a repaint in the future, but certainly not something on the priority list. It has optional and desirable wide 7&8 x16 Fuchs, giving it an exceptional look/stance. The interior is 100% original minus the rear speakers. The original leather seats are still in excellent shape and still give that classic leather aroma! The dash, gauges, carpet are all excellent. The headliner has stains unfortunately. The car has no structural rust but has two small areas of surface rust on the upper door jamb where rainfall collected. The body and underneath is rustfree. The car is accompanied with all the books, records, and service receipts. It even comes with a copy of the Original 1980 title from the original owner (Louis H Fabare III) which matches the name of the original owner hand-written in the dealer maintenance stamp booklet! It also comes with a rare card that was printed by the original Porsche-Audi dealer, Traynor Motors, that has the VIN stamped along with Louis' full name and address that is slipped into the cardholder on the front of the maintenance booklet, as was intended. Included in the trunk is the carpet, front spare wheel and jack. All in all this is a very original, low mileage, all-original 911SC Coupé that has tremendous potential. 911SCs are among the very best 911s that came from Stuttgart, or all sports cars for that matter. Many collectors and enthusiasts have held on to their SCs and there are very few original examples that get offered for sale. I have more pictures I can send. I have a free and clear title. Please feel free to ask any questions you have!
